I'm a certified personal trainer with 15+ years of experience, originally hailing from Brooklyn, NY. My passion for fitness led me to compete in the NPC, starting in the Figure division in 2008 before transitioning to Women's Physique in 2012 and turning pro in 2013.

For me, fitness isn't just a hobby - it's a way of life. I love helping others and showing them how to make healthy lifestyle choices. My areas of expertise include weight loss, muscle-building, rehabilitative training and prepping for competitions.
